Door A — TikTok Shop · strategy

You get two appeals. Spend them like it.

Amazon lets you appeal again and again. TikTok Shop does not: two appeals per violation, the first within 30 days, the second within 15 days of the first one's rejection — and some violations carry windows as short as 12 to 72 hours. The sellers who lose winnable TikTok cases usually lose them in the first hour, by spending appeal #1 on a guess.

The shape of a two-appeal case

Before appeal #1

Identify the exact violation from the notice and the policy it cites. Pull your evidence: product documents, shipping records, listing history. Decide: appeal, or correct (if the correction path is offered and the facts allow it, correcting is faster and spends nothing).

Appeal #1 — your strongest honest case

Lead with the evidence, admit the part that's true, show the fix already made. This appeal is reviewed fresh; it should be able to stand as your whole case, because for roughly half of sellers, it effectively is.

Appeal #2 — new information only

Fifteen days, and it must add something: the document that arrived late, the supplier letter, the corrected listing proof. A repeat of appeal #1 with stronger adjectives is the standard way to finish a case.
